He was predeceased by: his brothers, William and James. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Brown; his children, Shaun, Ryan and Heather (Weiss); and his grandchildren, Reagan, Dylan and Margaret. He is also survived by cousins and many friends.
Dick held many job positions primarily in the defense industry and was proud of his contributions to providing support as Vice President of Contracts and International Trade Director (Import/Export Compliance) during his career in the Washington Metropolitan Area.
