Luongo of Springfield, Virginia, born in Long Valley, New Jersey, who passed away on August 26, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Tester and Margaret Holmes; her husband Donald Luongo; and her sisters, Roberta Dugan and Roxanne Tester.
She is survived by: her brother-in-law Russell Dugan; her nephew Robert Tester; her great-nephews, Robert Jr. and Dylan; and her great-niece Kristen. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
She was very involved with her church and donated much of her time volunteering at local organizations.
