With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mildred Proctor of Springfield, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 11, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Mildred may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Mildred touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ogden Ellis and Lillian Ellis; and her son Steven Proctor. She is survived by: her husband Ted Proctor; her daughter Kristina Graham (James); and her granddaughter Jaclyn Pierce.
