Elaine Nolen; his siblings, Mark Nolen (Cathy) of Indianapolis, IN, Annette Seib of Williams, IN and Margaret Hinkle (Pat) of Indianapolis, IN; his daughters, Beth Westley (Mike) of Portland and Ann Nolen of Occoquan, Virginia.; and his grandson Matthew Westley of Portland, OR..
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home (9902 Braddock Rd, Fairfax, VA 22032). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saint Bernadette Catholic Church (7600 Old Keene Mill Rd, West Springfield, VA 22152).
