He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Finnegan, Sr. and Etta Finnegan (Welton); and his wife Ellen Finnegan. He is survived by: his son Phil Finnegan (Tanya Hoffmann); and his grandchildren, Dina, Brennan and Gavin Danek.
