He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Plumb and Charline Klein Plumb; his former wife Joyce Altpeter; and his daughter Sarah Lynn Frederick. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Koerner Plumb.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenspring Chapel (7430 Spring Village Dr, Springfield, VA 22152).
