It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Franklin Donnelly of Springfield, Virginia, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on December 12, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Margaret Donnelly; his daughter Lori Donnelly Espinoza; and his siblings, Jeanne Wenger and Jack Verleger. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Barnabas Episcopal Church or a Charity of the Donor's Choice.
