She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida C. Gorham and James W. Gorham; her husband Juan Ugarte (John); her former husband Robert Breeden; her siblings, James, Thomas, Robert Calvin, Esther Gorham White, Ada Gorham and Catherine Lindall; and her daughter Joyce White Foster.

She is survived by: her children, Barbara Breeden Moran (Mike), Juanita Ugarte Olson, Juan Ugarte Jr. (Tammy) and Roy Ugarte (Diana).
