It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Rankin Boyd of Springfield, Virginia, who passed away on September 13, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Charles Allen Boyd Jr.; her children, Barb Eckert (Chad), Christopher Boyd (Elizabeth), Patti Hinze (Steve) and Dan Boyd (Zaina); her brother Robert Rankin (Paula); and her grandchildren, Benjamin, Patrick, Leila, Luke, Henry, Wyatt and Walker.
