He is survived by: his wife Sandra Grundeman (Edson); his daughters, Erica Johnson (Michael) and Kyra Grundeman; his brother Fred Grundeman (Jan); and his grandchildren, Trevor and Cassandra Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
