He was predeceased by: his siblings, Pauline Butler, Grey Pack and Clifford Parker. He is survived by: his daughter Anne Justice of Memphis, TN; his grandsons, Will Justice (Brooke) of Memphis, TN and Zach Justice (Laura) of Germantown, TN; his great grandchildren, Carlyle Justice of Memphis, TN, Parker Justice of Memphis, TN and Josephine Anne Justice of Germantown, TN; and his siblings, Joyce Crumpler, Judith Powell and Jimmy Parker of Springfield, VA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
