He was predeceased by: his parents, Essie Clark and Lazarus Clark. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Ann Fields (Wilbert), Delores Alvarado, Joan Cox of Brooklyn, NY, Gary Clark of Brooklyn, NY, Glenn Clark, Port St, Kim Clark, Jaki Clark and Karen Farrar; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Aquanetta Toval (Lewis), Alvin Clark of Hopewell, VA and Percell Clark, Jr.. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, as well as to his grandnieces, grandnephews, and their children.
