He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Marks Gwaltney and Lillian Lucille Boothe Gwaltney. He is survived by: his wife Anita Lucille Gwaltney; his children, Nichole Gwaltney Moore (Joey) of Wakefield and Dennis Marks Gwaltney Jr. of Spring Grove; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Gwaltney, Johnny Moore and Nicholas Moore; his sister Brenda G. Wheeler (David) of Waverly; his nieces, Melissa and Marie; his nephew Mark; and his pet Percy.
