He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Lionel Neas and Arlene Elizabeth Williams Neas; and his siblings, Jerry Neas, Robert "Bobby" Neas and Ann Martson.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon R. Neas; his children, Bryan Abbott (Robin), Shawn Jennings (Jim) and Katie Bradley; his grandchildren, Bryan Abbott of Christopher, Jennings, Hannah, Sarah Moore, Michael, Lucas Allen, Walker Bradley and Collin Bradley; his great grandchild Colsen Moore; his brother Lonnie Neas; his son-in-law Brandon Bradley; his sister-in-law Ellen Neas; and his nieces and nephews, Jarrod Neas and Jessie.
