She was predeceased by: her mother Dolly W. DeBoodt; and her foster parents, Ann S. Bays and Arthur A. Bays. She is survived by: her stepfather Julius A. DeBoodt; her siblings, Sandra Parks of Salisbury, MD, Sheilla Taylor of Exmore, VA and Wilson, Jr. (Susan) of Belle Haven, VA; her former husband Albert LeCato, Jr.; her children, Bert LeCato, III (Chrissy) of Onley, VA and Kim L. Connell (Chase); her grandchildren, Presley and Julia of Yorktown, VA.; her husband Richard T. Woodall; and her stepchildren, Chris Woodall of Concord, VA, Brian Woodall (Shannon) of Greenville, NC and Laura Woodall of Smithfield, VA. She is also survived by six step-grandchildren and five step-great-grandchildren.
