He is survived by: his spouse Jean Rosser Puckett; his children, Darrel W. Puckett (Meg) of Appomattox and Lisa Puckett Hickam (Hunter) of Roanoke; his sisters, Diane P. Kendrick of Florida and Debbie P. Knight of Spout Spring; and his grandchildren, Abigail Puckett, Aaron Puckett, Anna Margaret Puckett, Hunter Hickam and Spencer Hickam. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
