He was predeceased by: his parents, Alma Gentry and Samuel Coleman, Sr. (Joe); and his son Donald Jeffrey Coleman. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Coleman; his daughters, Lisa Coleman Stern (Jeff) of Madison Heights and Lori Coleman Smith of Matthews, NC; his brother Samuel Coleman, Jr. (Joe); and his stepchildren, Joanne Watkins (Frank) of Palmyra and Charles Newton, Jr. (Jackie) of Charlottesville. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
