He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Cook and Elaine Cook; his siblings, Herbert Cook, Joe Cook, Verna Mae Reid and Edith Payne; and his nephew Justin Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Watts Cook; his children, Chris Cook (Danielle), Jason Cook (Kim) and Teresa Cook; his grandchildren, Christopher, Devin, Abigail, Bodie, Kendra and Hope; and his siblings, Howard Cook, Virginia Myers (Tommy), Patricia Monteith, Brenda Cook and Patricia Crose. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sylvania Heights Baptist Church.
