Lake; his sons, Allen Lake and James Lake; his grandchildren, Brandi Hardy and Ashtyn Phillips; his brother James Fish; his brother-in-law George Elms; his niece Beth Maxham; and his nephews, Steve Elms, George Elms and David Clark.
