He is survived by: his wife Rose Ann Raybourn Perkins; his children, Christie Shaw (Garry), J. Todd Perkins (Rebecca O'Neill) and Thomas W. Perkins (Kim); his grandchildren, Kelsey, Brendan, Ashley, Matthew, Jacob, Carli, Eliana, Marlee and Brinley; and his great grandchildren, Levi, Tommy and Sadie.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Zoan Baptist Church (5888 Plank Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22407). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Zoan Baptist Church Cemetery (5888 Plank Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22407).
