Takako Chikaishi Perry Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Takako Chikaishi Perry of Spotsylvania, Virginia, who passed away on December 25, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kakuji Chikaishi and Tome Kagawa; her husband Rev. John F. Perry, Jr.; her sons-in-law, Ricky Sears and Charles Shepard; and her sisters, Wakako Reinhardt and Hamako Treff.
She is survived by: her family Takako; her daughters, Donna Sears of Spotsylvania and Kathryn Kidd (Kenneth) of Spotsylvania; her grandchildren, Derrick Sears (Allison) of Caroline, Dr. Erica Sears (Garrett Guy) of Marietta, GA and Carla Sears (Wayne Gregor) of Stafford; her great grandchildren, Lily Sears, Burke Sears and Elizabeth Gregor; and her caregiver Tameka Wright.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Stroke Association or Wounded Warrior Project.
