He was predeceased by: his sister Genevieve Millon of New York. He is survived by: his wife Kareen Ann Kloda; his children, S. Matthew Kloda (Pam) of Florida, Kristine Schulz (Thomas) of Virginia and Jeanine Kloda (David) of Virginia; his grandchildren, John Schulz, Madison Roggenkamp and Mae Schulz; his sister Loretta Kloda of New York; and his niece Susan Oberle.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Cancer Center, or to Mary Washington Hospice.
