He was predeceased by: his parents, James Nelson Cooper and Mildred Williamson Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Byies Cooper; his daughters, Dena Elaine Cooper (Zachary Kelly) of Brooklyn and Kristin Cooper ONeil (Joshua ONeil); his grandchildren, Kayleigh of Spotsylvania, Ryan of Spotsylvania and Gracie ONeil of Spotsylvania; his brothers, Ricky N. Cooper (Debra) of Spotsylvania and James R. Cooper (Debbie) of Spotsylvania; and his pet Lil Britches.
