She is survived by: her husband Eugene Smith; her daughter Candi Garner (Brandon); her stepson Jeff Smith (Melissa); her brother Ray Warwick (Betty Jo); her grandchildren, Aaron Hilliard, Kari Garner and Kaitlin Smith; and her sisters-in-law, Laura Lloyd, Patty Barnes, Phyllis Snow and Linda Spradlin. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other loving extended family.
