It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randolph Keith Luttrell in Spotsylvania, Virginia, who passed away on December 9, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Ryland Luttrell; and his brother Brian Luttrell. He is survived by: his mother Betty Luttrell; his daughters, Kacie Maslock (Aaron) and Jackie Cooper; his grandchildren, Bradley, Behn, Noah, Claire and Tripp; and his siblings, Cynthia Luttrell, Monty Luttrell, Chris Luttrell (Sarah), Karen Luttrell, Tony Luttrell (Wendy) and Katrina Luttrell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
