She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Julian Timmons and Delores Burton Timmons; her husband Franklin Thomas Toombs, Sr.; her sons, Franklin Thomas Toombs, Jr. (Lynette) and Michael Scott Toombs; her brother Julian L. Timmons; and her granddaughter Tessa Nicole Toombs.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Norma's name to the Spotsylvania SPCA.
