She is survived by: her husband George Wayne Lett; her sons, Chucky Madison, John Madison and James Lumpkin; her grandchildren, CJ Madison, Shelby Madison and Malia Madison; her great grandchild Maliyah Madison; and her siblings, Dorothy Leake, Johnny Starkey and Timmy Starkey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
