We are sad to announce that on March 6, 2024, at the age of 95, Margaret L. Brooks in Spotsylvania, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andy Williams and Lucy Williams; her husband Oscar Brooks; her son Norman Brooks, Sr.; and her siblings, Clara Hancock, Nell Taylor, Laverne Haley, Carlin Williams, Donald I. Williams, Bradley Williams and Jim Bob Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Purcell (Dicky), Daniel Brooks (Monica) and Jeff Brooks (Ginger); her pet Cooper; her siblings, Annie Madison, Mary Almond, Elaine Williams, Susie Curtis, Herbert Williams, Wilbur Williams, Kenneth Williams and Boyd Williams; and her grandchildren, Beth Brown, Amy Sharp, Penny Purcell, Tammy Purcell, Jeffrey Brooks of Davey Brooks, J. C, Norman Brooks, Jr. and Sue Carter. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
