He was predeceased by: his parents, Janie Ann and Napoleon Horton. He is survived by: his significant other Laura Divelbiss; his daughter Paige Horton; his siblings, Larry Horton, Lisa Mulkey (Kevin) and Nathaniel; his niece Quiana; and his nephew Vaughan.
In lieu of flowers, Laura and his family ask that you donate to a scholarship fund that has recently been set up in his name. The Mary Washington Foundation has formed the Lamar J Horton Future Respiratory Therapists Scholarship Fund.
