He is survived by: his parents, Betty Neas and Garland Neas; his wife Natalie Neas; his son Damion Neas; and his siblings, Nicholas Neas, Amanda Ramos (Nelson Ramos) and Garland Neas Jr. (Peanut). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Flowers are welcome, however, if you'd like to donate to the American Cancer Society Children's Cancer Research (donate.cancer.org) in Kendall's honor, that would be great as well.
