Williams; his wife Hope; his children, Cynthia Hampton (David), Erica Linton, Joseph Williams III (Paula), Andrea Boone (Richard), Vincent Williams (Gretchen), Evette Lawrence and Tanya Heath (Jeffrey); his brother Earl Williams (Connie); his siblings-in-law, Gloria Shepherd (Douglas), Linda Ferguson (Clinton), Otha Vines and Douglas King; his son-in-law Vincent McCord; his close friend Johnny Bailey; and also, Erica, Andrea, Jacqueline, Tanya and Hope Williams. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren.
