He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Morris and Judith Morris; and his brothers, Bobby, Teddy and Jimmy Morris.

He is survived by: his children, Jacob, Joshua Morris and Abigail Morris of Spotsylvania; his sister Jennifer Bartlett of Florida; and his grandchildren, Miles, Weston and Josephine Morris of Spotsylvania.
