He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Steinberger, Sr. and Edna Gates Steinberger; and his siblings, Theodore Steinberger, Jr. (Marilyn), Ralph M. Steinberger (Mary), Allen Steinberger (Marge) and Mary Hermans.
He is survived by: his wife Gladys Jeannette Steinberger; his children, John Paul Steinberger (Amy L.) and Michelle Steinberger; and his grandchildren, Loran E., Hanna E. and Christopher J. Steinberger.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
