She was predeceased by: her husband Bob; her son David; her parents, Carroll Rush and Eleanor Rush; and her brother Tody (Shirley).
She is survived by: her son Ricky Wax (Linda); her granddaughters, Krystal and Brittany; her great grandchildren, Payton and Easton; her nephews, John Rush (Leslie), Alan Rush (Sharon) and Brian Rush (Laura); and her friends, Margaret, Diane, Dorothy and Belle.
