He was predeceased by: his father George Ward; his brothers, George Sherman and Ralph Gordon Sr.; and his grandchild Ellie Marie Blaine. He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Marie Blaine (Gardner); and his children, Wayne Anthony, Kim Marie (George Brookman Jr.), Teresa Marie and Richard Ward (Carly Marie). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
