He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Koluch and Pearl J. Koluch. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Koluch; and his siblings, Donna Krull (Charles), Edward (Karen), Thomas (Caroline), David (Lynn) and John. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
