She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Crabtree and Tina Crabtree; her brothers, Marvin, Jr. and Freddy Crabtree; and her grandson Justin Ray Tyler.
She is survived by: her husband Niolen Ray Shortt; her children, Terry Shortt (Cathy), Kevin Shortt (Marianne), Lynne Shortt and Tim Shortt (Charmaine); her grandchildren, Joey, Carrie, Nicole, Ashley, Ryan, Madeline and Simon; her great grandchildren, Joey, Jr., Jesse, Lexi, Alysa, Mayci, Elan, Cameron, Nalely, Huck, Wilder and Camilla; her great great grandchildren, Maggie and Harper; and her siblings, Shirley Hicks and Dennis Jones.
