He was predeceased by: his parents, John Regis Maslock Jr. and Pearl Louise White Maslock; and his siblings, Steve Maslock, Sr. and Sandra Maslock. He is survived by: his sons, Gary Maslock Jr. (Kimberly), Aaron Maslock (Kacie) and Johnathan Cutler; his siblings, Dean Maslock, Sr. (Linda) and Deborah Lamb; his close friend Carolyn Christian; and his caregiver Pamela Clifton. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
