She was predeceased by: her brother Cecil Atkinson; and her parents, Columbia Brooks and Edward Brooks. She is survived by: her husband James Thomas; her children, Teresa Payne, Denise Adair, Katrina Thomas and Christopher Thomas; her grandchildren, Whitney Adair, Tiffany Mastin, Gerald Payne and Trent Hardee; her great grandchildren, Madison Hardee, Chance Smith, Maelee Mastin, Cason Mastin, Kylee Thomas, Kimber Payne, Mackenzie Payne and Kenna Hardee; and her sister-in-law Junel Landrum.
