He is survived by: his wife Dottie Tolley; his sons, Rodney Carter (Shannon Allison) and Brandon Carter (Britney Truslow); his grandchildren, Kylie, Ryan Wyatt, Noah, Luke, June and Adeline; his brothers, James "Jimmy" Carter, Anthony "Tony" Carter and Brian Carter; and his stepfathers, Roger Floyd (Alisa), James, Hass and Ricky Deale. He is also survived by friends, cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
