He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Cary Wayne Welborn of Fredericksburg, Judy Roberts of Ocala, FL and Joni Roberts of Spotsylvania; his siblings, Jim Welborn (Bertie) of Spotsylvania, Bob Welborn (Carrie) of Spotsylvania, Michael Welborn (Yvonne) of Ruther Glen, Faye Brown of Spotsylvania and Shannon Hayden (Raymond) of Spotsylvania; his grandchildren, Marc, Justin, Aeden, Belinda, Ashelly and Lexyia; and his pets, Bentley and Jasper.
