It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elvia Ratliff of Spotsylvania, Virginia, who passed away on December 2, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Curtis Ratliff. She is survived by: her children, Sheree Pitts, Jill Ward, Scott Ratliff (Laura) and Shannon Ratliff (Bill). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
