He was predeceased by: his fathers, Vernon Sullivan and Scot; and his siblings, Sandra Blankenship and Kenneth Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Julie Leitch (Jason), Scot Sullivan (Callie) and Dave Sullivan (Vanessa); his grandchildren, Carley and Jack; his siblings, Kate, Mason, Kyle, Brooke and Madison; his granddaughters, Jacqueline and Genevieve; his sister Vernell Sullivan; and his brother-in-law Dennis Dodd. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
