She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Mann and Edna Mann; and her siblings, William Mann and Joyce Mann. She is survived by: her husband Lionel "Lucky" Babcock; her children, Gail Brimer (Lee) of Louisa, Billy Garrison (Tony) of North Carolina, Jenny Glasgow (Dave) of Spotsylvania, Pam Clayton (Mark) of Spotsylvania and Kim Dubin of Spotsylvania; her grandchildren, Tracy, Rachel, Andrew, Brittany, Courtney, Chelsea, Stephanie, Robbie, Hannah, Zachary, Nathan, Troy and Aaron; and her brothers, Ronald Mann of Maryland and Joseph Mann (Judy) of Maryland. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
