He was predeceased by: his mother Viola Marshall; and his grandparents, E. Solon, Daisy Marshall, Mack and Maude Mills.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Sue Marshall; his son Kevin Marshall (Leslie); his grandchildren, Taylor, Kallie, William and Haley; his great grandchild Audrey Mae; his father Emmitt B. Marshall; his sister Donna M. Smith (Michael); his nephew Ross; and his great-niece Emma.
