Moore Jr. (Lora Lee) and Patricia Swartz; his grandchildren, Angel Hendrickson, Daniel Moore, Joseph Moore, Angela Moore, Brittany Baukman, Thomas Moore, Tiffany Moore, Jakob Hendrickson and Riley Hendrickson; and his sisters, Patricia Szpta and Christine Evans.
