It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Debra Darylene Neel Bracey of Spotsylvania, Virginia, born in Wytheville, Virginia, who passed away on December 31, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Hottle Crockett Neel. She is survived by: her mother Dora Marie McLean; her husband Michael Wayne Bracey; and her siblings, Brenda Frank (David), Cathy Dean (Ahmet), LaDonna Mohler (Colin) and Jeff Neel. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great nephews, and one great-great niece.
Per COVID-19 guidelines, masks are required and social distancing is still in place.
