David Frederick left this world on October 21, 2024 at the age of 92, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Russell and Mabel Russell; his former wife Hazel Mae Russell; and his son David Evan Russell. He is survived by: his wife Doris Russell (Heinbuch); his children, Janet Caricofe (Jerry) of Edenton, N. C., Robert "Bob" Russell (Pat) of Stafford County, Michael Russell (Laura) of New Mexico, Mark Russell (Nathalie) of Spotsylvania and Virginia "Gini" Cook (Bo) of Spotsylvania; and his stepchildren, Susan "Elise" Heinbuch Phelps of Spotsylvania, Scarlett Heinbuch (David) of Midlothian and Wayde Heinbuch of Mesa, Ariz.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; and many cherished friends.
