He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Bettick and Eleanor M. Flippo Bettick. He is survived by: his pet Tippy; his son Justin D. Bettick (Jacquelyn D. Bettick) of Spotsylvania County; his stepson Jeromy Lowman of Caroline County; his close friend Glenda Layton of Caroline County; his sister Brenda Skinner (Benny Skinner) of Spotsylvania County; his close friend James "Jimmy" Bowen II; his brother Johnny Wharton; his cousin Michelle Rae Skinner-Beal; his aunt Rose Bettick; and his granddaughter Breelynn A. Bettick. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and grandkids.
