He is survived by: his children, Constant Ponnet Disse III, Renee Bartley (Matthew), Jessica Black (Harold) and Alicia Disse; his grandchildren, Lyndi Rowe, Harold "Jay" Black III, Kaitlyn Disse, Jacqulynn Disse, Constant Disse IV, Jaylah Black, Landon Disse, Ava Bartley, Leah Bartley, Emma Bartley, Jada Black, Khloe Disse, Tyler Flaneary, Rylie Pease, Jaxon Pease and Owen Pease; and his siblings, Gregory Disse (Janice), Jerry Disse, Kenny Disse, Jean Bailey and Dianne Zajdel. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
